Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

• Description: Uses a vinyl cutter to create designs, then pressed with heat.

• Pros: Good for small quantities, bright colors, long lifespan, quick turnaround.

• Cons: Needs high-resolution vector artwork, not ideal for large quantities or intricate designs.

• Artwork: Artwork creation charge based on complexity, size of design and quantity of items purchased.

• Application: Fee based on size and number of colours.

Digital Heat Transfer (DHT) (Minimum 12 pieces)

• Description: Digitally printed designs transferred with heat.

• Pros: Cost-effective for small orders, handles complex designs, high-quality images.

• Cons: Shorter lifespan than screen printing, less vibrant colors on dark garments.

• Artwork: High-resolution vector files required.

• Application: Based on quantity and logo size; tiered pricing available.

Screen Printing (Minimum 24 pieces)

• Description: Uses screens and ink to transfer designs.

• Pros: Cost-effective for large quantities, durable designs, vibrant colors.

• Cons: Needs high-resolution vector artwork, higher setup costs.

• Setup: $15 per color.

• Artwork: Vector files recommended to reduce charges.

• Application: Pricing varies by garment color and quantity; tiered pricing available.

Sublimation

• Description: Printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials.

• Pros: High-quality prints produces vibrant, full-color images, no cracking, fading or peeling, fabric is dyed leaving a soft texture.

• Cons: Fabric must be mostly polyester to bond the ink. Higher cost. Longer production time.

• Artwork: Requires high resolution vector images

• Application: Decorate multiple areas for the same price, unlimited colours.

Embroidery (Minimum 12 pieces)

• Description: Stitched designs directly onto garments.

• Pros: Durable, professional look, multiple colors at no extra cost.

• Cons: Higher setup fee, not suitable for intricate designs, affects waterproof materials.

• Setup: One-time digitizing fee based on stitch count.

• Application: Varies by stitch count and quantity; tiered pricing available.

Promotional Products
