Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) (No Minimums)
We offer a custom Design it Yourself tool that allows you to create your own artwork to be applied to a garment.
Artwork: No artwork/set up charge when using the Design it Yourself tool. All designs are made using premium vinyl. If you would prefer to use your own artwork, please contact us for a quote.
Application: If using the Design it Yourself tool your fee will be calculated during your design session. Please note: there is a 2$ added fee for each additional colour and is applied to each garment. There is no minimum purchase required.

Digital Heat Transfer (DHT) (Minimum 12 pieces)
Full colour printed designs with nearly no limitations to the colours that can be used (just no pantone or neon colours). They are ideal for patterns, shading and gradients.
Artwork: The print is only as good as the artwork used; therefore, we require high resolution vector files such as AI, SVG, CDR, EPS or High-Resolution PDF. These files are scalable and produce the highest resolution for digital printing.
Application: This fee is based on the number of pieces, and size of the logo. Tiered pricing is available.

Screen Printing (Minimum 24 pieces)
Screen printing, also known as silk screen printing, is a method that can be used to print on fabrics and textiles. A complex design with many different colours requires different stencils for each colour, so this decoration method is best for logos with 4 colours or less. Screen printing is great for creating all sorts of custom garments and promotional items.
Setup: Film setup for each colour is 15$
Artwork Charge: To get artwork ready for the screen-printing process. Providing vector artwork will reduce this charge. AI, SVG, CDR, EPS or High-Resolution PDF are the recommended file formats
Application: Price is based on light or dark coloured garments as well as the number of pieces being decorated. Tiered pricing is available.

Embroidery (Minimum 12 Pieces)
Embroidery provides a high quality, durable and washable product. It works great for company logos, motif or promotional messages.
Setup Charge: There is a one-time charge to have your logo digitized into an embroidery file. This file can then be used for other embroidery orders. Usually this is based on stitch count and complexity of the logo. Minimum charge of 35$ digitizing fee on orders of less than 150 pieces.
Application: The application fee varies based on the number of stitches in the logo, and number of pieces. This fee is applied to each garment and location. Tiered pricing is available.
